Chef Fachri Hamsun was born in Makassar, South Sulawesi and obtained his first professional chef qualification in 2010. He then proceeded to get the Bachelor’s degree in Makassar Tourism Academy 2014.
Fachri started his professional career as a cook apprentice as early as 2012 at Hotel-Sahid Jaya Makassar. Then, he was the Head Chef also Pastry Chef and manager in several restaurants such as Restaurant Nannys pavilon Jakarta and Makassar, Twenty seven Luanda Angola, between 2021 - 2022 before started his teaching career in serveral institution and college all around Makassar as a cuisine chef instructor. To pursue his passion in cooking, especially pastry Art Culinary.
